We're looking for an experienced AP Specialist with a strong manufacturing background to join a growing finance team. You'll own the full AP cycle and support project-based cost tracking alongside operations and purchasing.

Responsibilities

Process high-volume invoices and manage full-cycle AP

Perform 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies

Track project-based expenditures against job cost budgets

Prepare AP aging reports and support month-end close

Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships

Support audit preparation and documentation

Qualifications

3–5 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with project-based or job cost accounting

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Working knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
