Process Technician

We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for Process Technicians to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $25/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $1,000 in potential bonus opportunities.

Coordinate training with team members.

Communicates and coordinates daily issues with other supervisors.

Must be aware of production requirements.

Understand the order sheet specifications.

Troubleshoot machine issues.

Must know and enforce all company policies.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

Management experience required.

Extrusion experience required.

Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.

Familiarity with resin conveying systems preferred.

* Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
