This agency focuses on a variety of clients across Germany and really need someone with strong client facing/management experience. The Senior Paid Social Manager will oversee paid media strategies for inspiring businesses, with a manageable client load, the role emphasises quality over quantity, akin to a boutique strategy consulting approach. Location: Berlin (Hybrid)Salary: up to €70,000 Key Responsibilities:Direct and manage paid social campaigns for various high-end clients.Develop and execute full-funnel, 360-degree strategies.Analyse performance, strategise improvements, and execute campaigns.Provide input on creative briefs and evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.Collaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts.Manage the client expectations (e.g. if metrics going the wrong way)Fluent German speaker Ideal Candidate:Has 3+ years of commercial experience running Meta ads and at least 1 year of TikTok ads for multiple brandsIdeally, you will come from a small agencyPossesses strong analytical and creative thinking skills, as well as being strategic **Please note that due to the volume of candidates, we can only respond to those who are deemed suitable for the position.
