By accessing or using ApplyWave (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the Service immediately.

ApplyWave helps users track job applications, manage resumes, find company contacts, and generate personalized outreach messages. We may introduce, modify, or remove features at any time to improve performance or user experience.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this Service.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Use a secure password and never share it with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You retain ownership of your resumes, notes, and other uploaded materials ("User Content"). You grant ApplyWave a non-exclusive, limited license to display and process your content only to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share such content.
• Please avoid uploading confidential or unlawful material.

Some tools within the Service (e.g., resume tailoring, outreach generation, or translation) use AI models provided by OpenAI and DeepL. These features are provided as-is and may generate inaccurate or incomplete results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-assisted output before use.

• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
• Do not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, or unlawful communication.
• Do not use AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent content.

The interface, design, and code of ApplyWave are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

ApplyWave connects with third-party APIs including OpenAI (for AI analysis and generation), DeepL (for translations), and email discovery services. Each integration follows its own privacy and usage terms. You should review them before use.

Use of ApplyWave is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data processing consistent with that policy.

ApplyWave offers Free, Basic, and Extended plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law.

Free and Basic plans include a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits are used for AI analysis, resume tailoring, message generation, translations, and contact lookups. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Extended plan users have effectively unlimited usage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for policy violations or misuse. You can delete your account anytime through account settings or by contacting support.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose. Job search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyWave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or job opportunities.

We may modify these Terms occasionally to reflect updates in functionality or legal requirements. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
