Whether the job is in your line of work: the same trade, specialty or function
Required and preferred skills, licences and certifications in the job vs those on your resume
Years of experience and seniority (entry, mid, senior, lead)
Your background relative to the employer's field (healthcare, logistics, hospitality, finance, etc.)

Searches run every day, so the same posting comes back again and again. Job Radar remembers what it already showed you.
