Role: Data Analyst (Contract) - Outside IR35Location: Fully Remote (UK)Rate: £300-£350 per dayContract: Initial 6 Months (Likely Extension) Key Skills:SQLPowerBIETLDatabricks We're currently supporting a growing technology business that is looking to engage an experienced Data Analyst on a fully remote contract basis. This role will suit someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with large datasets to deliver meaningful insights that support business decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping transform complex data into clear, actionable reporting and visualisations. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insightsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and TableauWrite complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse dataSupport data integration and migration activitiesWork with ETL processes to ensure accurate and reliable data flowsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutionsPresent findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences Required Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience as a Data AnalystAdvanced SQL skills, with the ability to query and manipulate large datasetsStrong experience with Power BI and/or TableauGood understanding of ETL processes and data pipelinesExperience working with Databricks from an analytical perspective (querying, analysing and consuming data rather than building engineering solutions)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working within Agile delivery environments DesirableExperience supporting data migration or integration projectsBackground within SaaS, technology, telecommunications, or data-driven organisationsExposure to cloud-based data platforms
