Technical Support Specialist | Guildford | OnsiteSalary: £32k - £37k I'm currently working with a well-established professional services organisation that's looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies. Tech Stack Includes: Microsoft 365 Intune* Windows 10/11* Azure / Entra ID* Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Exchange Online Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive* ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Halo, FreshService etc.) The Role: Providing 1st & 2nd Line support Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments* Supporting users in an ITIL-driven environment* Working closely with infrastructure teams and third parties* Contributing to process improvements and documentation* Acting as an escalation point where required Ideal Background: Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience Strong Microsoft 365 support skills* Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID & Active Directory* Strong customer service and communication skills* Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems Desirable: Intune AVD / Azure exposure* PowerShell* HaloITSM* Professional services or regulated environment experience Excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop further within a modern Microsoft environment with strong progression potential.
