In this role, you’ll develop new features, maintain high-quality systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand our solutions into new markets and beyond fleet management. This is a great opportunity to make a real business impact while growing with a supportive, distributed team.</span></p><p><span><strong>How to make an impact</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Feature Development: Implement new product features across our B2B Fleet solutions, contributing to Leasing and CameraPark Fleet applications that support business partners across Europe.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintenance &amp; Quality: Fix bugs, ensure system stability, and continuously improve both backend (Java, Spring) and frontend (JavaScript, React) components.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure product alignment with business needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Team Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings and cross-team initiatives, supporting a collaborative environment within a distributed setup.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Product Ownership: Contribute to the growth of team-owned systems while collaborating with other teams on shared platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Future Expansion: Support the vision of scaling our products to new countries and beyond fleet partners, enabling broader business capabilities.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>About you</strong></span></p><p><span>You will be team-oriented, collaborative and passionate about delivering high-quality business-focused solutions. You will also be curious and because we do not expect you to know all of our technical stack you are deeply interested in continued development.</span></p><p><span><strong>Your background</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ Strong experience with Java and Spring framework</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with microservices architecture</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with APIs and web services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of database systems and SQL</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with version control systems (Git)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with web development technologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional fluency in English.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of cloud platforms and services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in applying AI-assisted development platforms for designing, reviewing, and maintaining scalable software solutions</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work collaboratively in distributed team environments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>3-6 years of relevant backend development experience.</span></p></li></ul><p>While this position is located in Łódź, we are open to candidates based in other locations who are available to travel to the office as needed to meet business requirements</p>
