Beyond the numbers, we offer a <strong>clear development plan</strong> with the opportunity for role promotion after your first 12 months.</span></p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Target &amp; Expand:</strong> Proactively identify and target SMB &amp; Upper Market level businesses in Spain to create profitable new business opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Lead Generation:</strong> Generate new corporate opportunities through cold calling, research, networking, and emails.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Expert Sales &amp; Negotiation:</strong> Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions, providing targeted presentations to multiple decision-makers and key stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Strategic Pipeline Management:</strong> Balance and organize your daily activity appropriately between prospecting and closing, meeting all KPIs through an effective sales approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>CRM Excellence:</strong> Maintain high data quality in our CRM system, taking commercial responsibility for the quality of every deal.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Your background</strong></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Experience:</strong> Relevant sales experience in B2B Inside Sales or SaaS solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Track Record:</strong> A proven history of sourcing new business and a determination to exceed goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Communication:</strong> Fluent in <strong>Spanish and English</strong> (Catalan is a plus). You are an efficient communicator with active listening skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Mindset:</strong> You are <strong>resilient, self-motivated, and growth-oriented</strong>. You feel comfortable working independently but prioritize being a team player.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Determination:</strong> You have the drive to strive for excellence while staying open to feedback and coaching.</span></p></li></ul><p>This role is based in <span><strong>Madrid, Spain.</strong></span></p>
