You will ensure the integrity of our financial data, manage end-to-end accounting activities, and contribute to internal reporting and budgeting. Beyond the daily bookkeeping and AP management, you will play a key role in our strategic expansion across Europe, helping to implement scalable financial controls and processes in new jurisdictions<strong id="docs-internal-guid-80dd45c6-7fff-d8af-b02b-ced2bfe7058a">.</strong></span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-80dd45c6-7fff-d8af-b02b-ced2bfe7058a">Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Financial Oversight:</strong> Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) flow to ensure timely settlement of obligations.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Contract Management: </strong>Ensure subcontractor agreements are correctly executed and invoices are issued/processed according to contract terms.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Reporting &amp; Budgeting: </strong>Prepare financial reports for management, assist in cash flow forecasting, and contribute to the development of annual budgets.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Month-End Closing: </strong>Lead month-end procedures, including complex accruals, revenue/expense recording, and full account reconciliations.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Mobile App Analysis:</strong> Monitor and analyze financial data related to the mobile application, ensuring accurate reporting and oversight.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>International Expansion:</strong> Proactively support the financial setup and integration of additional European countries into our reporting structure.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Compliance: </strong>Support the preparation of documentation for government institutions and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-80dd45c6-7fff-d8af-b02b-ced2bfe7058a">Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>3–5+ years of experience in a broad accounting role, practical</span> hands-on experience in accounting specifically working with <strong>Polish GAAP</strong> is a must, i<span>deally within an international environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills and experience managing financial processes end-to-end.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in modern ERP systems (experience with Netsuite/Medius is a plus) and Excel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional fluency in Polish &amp; English<strong id="docs-internal-guid-80dd45c6-7fff-d8af-b02b-ced2bfe7058a">.</strong></span></p></li></ul><p>This role is based in Lodz offices and offers hybrid working arrangements.</p><p></p>
