In this role, you will be on the front line of the company's growth, responsible for expanding an existing customer portfolio and introducing our business solutions to new prospects. Operating within an inside sales environment, you will lead the end-to-end process of selling, negotiating, and quoting our Corporate SaaS solutions. You will have a direct impact on our commercial success while benefiting from a clear career development plan and structured training programs.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>How to make an impact</strong></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Actively sell, negotiate, and quote EasyPark B2B solutions while providing comprehensive account support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish and nurture relationships with customers and new prospects to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our business solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute an effective sales targeting approach to consistently meet and exceed all sales and activity KPIs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain high data quality and accuracy within the CRM system to ensure seamless operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take full commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring the delivery of qualitative sales and long-term value.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>About you</strong></span></p><p><span>You are a solution-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for growth. You thrive in environments that require active listening and the ability to adapt quickly to different personalities and situations. With excellent time-management skills, you know how to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. You are positive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute both socially and professionally to a strong, collaborative team culture. You value being coachable and are committed to constantly developing your skills as an expert in the sales field.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>Your background</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>3+ years of sales experience within a B2B environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven determination to strive for and exceed ambitious goals and targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills with a genuine enjoyment for interacting with people and building rapport.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An innovative thinker who is self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as a collaborative team player.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-be11f0fd-7fff-6093-6e08-4bbfce3f275b">This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.</strong></span></p>
