Let’s grow better, together.</p><h5>The Role</h5><p><span>Arrive is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Strategic Programs Intern to join our Strategic Programs team. This role is central to the rollout and optimization of our Merchant of Record (MoR) commercial program while providing critical support for broader Business Unit (BU) initiatives and strategic projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment , providing high-impact exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Data, and Product teams. You will assist in driving key business outcomes through commercial strategy, pipeline management, and department-wide operational support</span></p><p><span><strong>Schedule: </strong>Start dates, end dates, and weekly hours are flexible and will be determined based on candidate availability and business needs.</span></p><h5><span>Key Responsibilities</span></h5><ul><li><p><span><strong>Commercial Strategy &amp; Pitching:</strong> Assist in the creation of high-stakes pitch decks and the refinement of value propositions to support the Merchant of Record (MoR) commercial program.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Support the Strategic Programs team in managing and tracking the commercial pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and milestone visibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination:</strong> Serve as a bridge to the Payments Pricing team to ensure commercial offers are aligned with current fee structures and financial models.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Strategic Initiative Participation: </strong>Sit in on cross-functional meetings for various strategic programs to assist with documentation, action item tracking, and program alignment.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Business Unit (BU) Operations: </strong>Own the coordination of All-Hands materials, including reaching out to internal teams to gather updates and design cohesive presentations.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D): </strong>Support the creation and organization of L&amp;D materials specifically for Payments onboarding to streamline team knowledge transfer.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>What You Will Gain</span></h5><ul><li><p><span><strong>Strategic Commercial Exposure: </strong>Deep dive into how a Merchant of Record model scales within a global mobility leader.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Program Management Skills:</strong> Experience in managing complex pipelines and coordinating across multiple Business Units (Finance, Data, and Product).</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Fintech Knowledge: </strong>Practical understanding of payment economics and the commercial drivers of the fintech industry.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Direct guidance from experienced professionals in the fintech and mobility domains.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Who You Are</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>You are curious and want to learn</span></p></li><li><p><span>You engage well with others and communicate effectively</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have solid analytical skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can take direction and ask for assistance as required</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can work in a team environment and support creation of team deliverables (analysis, recommendations, presentations and reports)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must be currently enrolled at a regionally accredited university</span></p></li><li><p><span>GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Why You’ll Love It Here</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>A light-filled Midtown Atlanta office with both private and collaborative spaces to work</span></p></li><li><p><span>Unlimited snacks and beverages</span></p></li><li><p><span>Easy access to MARTA</span><br><br>If this resonates with you, hit the apply button and we will be in touch soon!</p></li></ul>
