• You have a serious romance with complexity, bringing proven background in aviation, aerospace, motorsports, or defence.

• You get a buzz from head-scratching, tight-tolerance challenges and obsess over dialling in feeds, speeds, and strategies to get the absolute best out of every cycle.

• You speak the language of engineering drawings, G-code, and CAM (bonus points if your CAM match is GibbsCAM or Mastercam).

• You value respect, clear communication, safety, and an immaculate, clean shop floor.
