The Labour Supply Co is an Auckland-based labour hire and recruitment company specialising in construction, civil and trades. Three years in, we've built strong foundations, a great client base and a business positioned for serious growth. Now we're building a team of hungry account managers to take us there.

We're putting our foot on the accelerator, and I want legends on this team with a relentless appetite for their own success. We plan to be a weapon in the labour hire space, with the culture to match. We reward success, individually and as a team. THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll own your own desk: winning new clients, growing existing ones and making sure every job order turns into workers on site and billing.

You won't be doing it alone. Our resourcing team supports delivery, with dedicated scheduling and payroll support behind them, so you can focus on what you do best: winning work and looking after your clients.

Your key responsibilities will include

- Winning new business: Cold calling, site visits and building relationships with civil contractors, builders and project managers.

- Growing your accounts: Turning one-off orders into long-term partnerships and becoming the go-to labour supplier for your clients.

- Delivering for your clients: Working alongside our resourcing team to fill roles fast and get the right people on site.

- Keeping workers on site: Retention is billing. You'll stay close to your clients and workers to keep both coming back.

- Owning your numbers: Running your desk like a business, with clear targets and a clear reward for hitting them.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're confident on the phone, comfortable on site and you know the construction and civil world. You know the difference between a hammer hand and a carpenter, and between a Moxy driver and a GPS digger operator.

Ideally, you'll bring

- Experience in labour hire, recruitment or B2B sales, ideally in construction, civil or trades.

- A genuine love of new business. Cold calling is where you win.

- An existing network in the blue-collar world (a big plus).

- Strong relationship skills, on the phone and on site.

- A commercial mindset and the drive to hit and beat targets.

- Excellent organisation and follow-through.

- A full NZ driver's licence.

- Experience with JobAdder would be an advantage.
