Review ETM worklist to identify and address potential problem areas

Contact carriers to inquire about unpaid claims through various communication methods

Analyze AR trends and report consistent errors that hinder proper claim processing

##### Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum two years of medical billing experience preferred, focusing on research and claim denials

Knowledge of physician billing, health care reimbursement, Medicare, and Medicaid preferred

Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
