Job Description
To support and optimize end-to-end accounts receivable processes, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist will manage collections, ensure payment application accuracy, and identify process improvement opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
##### Key Responsibilities
Review AR aging reports and perform invoice, payment, and credit reconciliations
Oversee daily payment application processes and troubleshoot related issues
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Collections, and Accounting to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
##### Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable operations or a similar finance role
Strong understanding of AR processes, payment application, and reconciliation
Experience reconciling digital wallet payments (e.g., Cash App, PayPal, Venmo)
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze financial data
