To support a growing team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable activities, manage staff performance, ensure account accuracy, and resolve discrepancies in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates accounts receivable activities to maintain an accurate system

Develops work schedules, assigns duties, and reviews work for accuracy and policy compliance

Responsible for reconciling revenue accounts, generating invoices, and verifying deposits

##### Required qualifications

At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Experience with automation and AI systems

National Association of Credit Management (NACM) CBA, CBF, or CCE certification preferred
