Overseeing and coordinating all accounts receivable activities, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage staff, ensure customer account accuracy, reconcile revenue, and generate invoices in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates accounts receivable activities to maintain an accurate accounts receivable system

Develops work schedules, assigns duties, and reviews work for accuracy and compliance with policies

Responsible for customer account accuracy, revenue reconciliation, and generating invoices

##### Required qualifications

At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Experience with automation and AI systems

Preferred certification from the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) such as CBA, CBF, or CCE
