Administrative Assistant, Advertising

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Advertising team at Netflix.

Manage and maintain the schedules and calendars of team members.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.

Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate team members.

Assist in the preparation of advertising materials and presentations.

Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.

Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Conduct research and compile data for various advertising projects.

Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.

Act as a liaison between the Advertising team and other departments.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks and projects.

Stay updated on industry trends and news to provide valuable insights and suggestions to the team.
