Job Description

**Overview**

We are seeking an administrative officer to work with our team in Port au Choix.

**Responsibilities**

Will include, but are not limited to

  • Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages
  • Greeting visitors and guests
  • Preparing documents (payables, receiving reports, shipping, inventory)
  • Utilizing company software for production figures and data
  • Entering data accurately to ensure documents are kept up to date
  • Organizing and maintaining files for easy access
  • Entering employee information and maintaining payroll documents

**Qualifications**

  • Experience in an office setting preferred
  • Must have computer skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Experience with Microsoft and Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience with computer programs an asset
  • Organizational skills and to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
