Aerodynamics Test Equipment Engineer, New Programs Engineering

Tesla's Aerodynamics team is looking for a world class engineer to lead the design, installation, commissioning and development of our new wind tunnel test facility and help us to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will put your extensive knowledge of wind tunnel systems into high gear as we revolutionize the way we develop new vehicle programs for maximum efficiency, comfort, stability and reliability, to meet the demands of a low cost, electric, autonomous future. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of advanced automotive wind tunnel systems that can accurately simulate and capture data for real world driving conditions. You will exercise technical expertise in designing, developing, operating and maintaining test equipment, and excellence in leadership coordinating buildout and commissioning activities, growing the team and training others on best practices.
