Overseeing all aspects of Participation Servicing for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Agent Banking Portfolio Liaison will ensure timely exchanges of payments, advances, and billing between banks while serving as a liaison to lead and participating banks, with the possibility of remote work.

##### Key responsibilities

Review and deliver instructions for servicing requests in the commercial lending system

Maintain accurate accounting and reconciliation of daily sweep activity and transactions

Manage customer-facing exceptions and ensure accurate billing and interest accruals

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' related work experience in commercial loan servicing, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Proficiency in personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet software

Excellent math and reading skills

Superior communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize effectively
