Following timber harvest operations, the worker will perform post-logging cleanup and site restoration, including windrowing and removal of debris, mulching, raking and controlled burning of approved material, and removal or leveling of stumps. Duties also include repairing and grading access roads and skid trails, addressing rutting and erosion areas, compacting and smoothing soil, and preparing fields for pasture establishment through mowing, herbicide application, prescribed burning, and disking and harrowing. The position further includes installation of agricultural infrastructure such as perimeter fencing, cross fencing for rotational grazing systems, and gates. Job will require periods when workers may be exposed to varying weather conditions and extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, stooping, bending, or repetitive movements. Random drug testing and criminal background checks may occur post-hire at the employers expense. These checks may be performed to ensure safe housing and work environments for all workers. Positive drug test results or refusal to comply with testing may result in termination of employment.
