Agricultural Mechanic

Monette Produce is seeking an experienced **Agricultural Mechanic** to support the maintenance and repair of our agricultural and heavy-duty equipment fleet in **Outlook, Saskatchewan**. This is a hands-on role focused on diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance in both shop and field settings.

You’ll work alongside a small team of mechanics, contributing your experience and technical knowledge to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and ready for seasonal demands. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality work, problem-solving, and supporting a strong team environment.

This is a **full-time, year-round position** offering **$35–$55 per hour**, incentive pay up to **20%**, and a comprehensive benefits package. A service truck is provided, employee housing is available, possible relocation package available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural, transport, and heavy-duty equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Support day-to-day shop and field operations alongside other mechanics
• Order parts, assist with inventory tracking, and work with suppliers
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs
• Assist with seasonal equipment preparation and teardown

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Journeyperson (Heavy Duty, Agricultural Equipment Technician, or equivalent) preferred
• 3–5 years of experience working on agricultural, trucking, or heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1A or 3A an asset
