Installing or repairing drainage pipes in fields and driveways to farms to prepare for crop planting season while farm fields are clear of crops in the winter months. Installing or repairing irrigation pumps and ditch systems. Maintain ditches or pipes and pumps. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production support, such as irrigation equipment and tractors. Land leveling while fields are clear of crops to prepare for crop planting season. Complete demolition on farm fields to remove unwanted structures while fields are clear of crops. No CDL required and no commercial truck driving required.

Requirements: 3 months of experience. Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent stooping is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
