Job Description
Leading the architecture and evolution of AI-powered systems, the full-time AI Engineer will design and implement scalable solutions, ensuring reliable outputs and safe deployment across the platform in a remote work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Architect and deliver end-to-end AI-powered systems, including agents and orchestration layers
Engineer reliability at scale through schema enforcement, evaluation frameworks, and observability standards
Establish architectural patterns and mentor engineers in AI-native development practices
##### Required qualifications
4+ years of experience building AI-augmented product capabilities
Proficiency in event-driven and asynchronous systems design
Experience with state management strategies and concurrency handling
Strong skills in API design and integration, including REST and GraphQL
Advanced knowledge of Python and familiarity with orchestration frameworks
