Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding, job details changes and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing outstanding customer service to internal team members.
  • Audit, analyze, and maintain the overall quality of data in various systems related to employee personal and work information.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and execute complex transactional work.
  • Support/lead ongoing projects and initiatives, and liaise with business leaders, COEs, HRBPs, and vendors to support organizational changes and reporting.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data and adherence to processes and technology
  • Drive process and technology efficiencies and best practices for data integrity
  • Support/lead HR team projects and initiatives of varying complexity and importance
  • Interpret reports and spreadsheets, identifying data integrity issues
  • Mitigate data discrepancies and minimize redundant process steps through continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
