Analyst-Risk and Compliance

At IBM, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst-Risk and Compliance to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in helping us identify, assess, and manage our risks and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of experience in risk and compliance. A background in finance, accounting, or law is preferred. You should be knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulations and have the ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor risk and compliance strategies to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Evaluate and assess financial, operational, and regulatory risks and compliance requirements.

Identify areas of potential risk and non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.

Research applicable laws and regulations and monitor changes to ensure compliance.

Develop policies and procedures for risk and compliance management.

Prepare and present detailed reports to management and other stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide training to staff on risk and compliance matters.

Respond to requests for information and help resolve compliance issues.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs.
