Job Description

• A Quality Service Delivery Manager is required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services.
• Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care.
• Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children.

Qualifications

• Own car is essential for this role **
• Proficient in Microsoft, work, excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff
• Passion for childcare
• At least 2 written references are required.
• childcare: 2 years (required)
• Management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification

Drivers license and have access to a car each day (required)
