**About the Role**

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and self-motivated

**Sales Representative**

to join our team.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the field every day, knocking on doors, making cold calls, and connecting directly with homeowners.

Your role is to introduce our services, uncover opportunities, and follow through to close the sale.

If you’re not afraid to start conversations with strangers and have the resilience to succeed in outbound sales, this is your chance to shine.

**What We Offer:**

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends

• Commission-focused earnings – generous, performance-based commission structure with a base salary for stability (OTE $75-100K+)

• A valid NZ driver’s licence
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
