About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carpenter who is ready to take the next step into site leadership while remaining involved in practical carpentry work as required.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of residential construction projects
Monitoring build quality and ensuring work meets company standards
Supporting the management of subcontractors and site activities
Carrying out carpentry tasks when required
Helping keep projects on track, on time, and to specification
Maintaining site records and using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication
About you
Qualified carpenter preferred (or extensive carpentry experience)
Strong understanding of all stages of the residential building process
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Confident using Microsoft Office and general technology
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Experience coordinating contractors is advantageous but not essential
