Here's what you will do most days

• Provide support to the Store Manager, assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the store
• Assist with workplace scheduling so the store has sufficient staff cover
• Ensure our customers get the best experience possible by providing seamless customer service

You will also

• Coach and develop the team on all areas of customer service to ensure store and individual sales targets are achieved
• Talk tech in a non-techie way to help customers pick the right products
• And if you think of any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes, sing out! We would love your input.
