Associate, Finance Strategy & Analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and drive financial planning and analysis for the company.

Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Conduct financial research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.

Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and evaluate performance.

Communicate financial information and analysis to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive process efficiencies within the Finance Strategy & Analysis team.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies.

Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Uphold a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analysis and reporting.

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Support the development and implementation of new financial processes and tools.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline financial reporting processes.

Maintain a strong understanding of Netflix's financial goals and objectives.
