Define and execute the habituation strategy to enhance repeat engagement and communicate DoorDash's value proposition

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels

Analyze consumer insights to inform marketing and product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer motivations

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience in a B2C environment, focusing on retention and product marketing

Fluency across the marketing mix, with experience in organic social, brand, and paid channels

Proven success in driving retention and customer engagement through lifecycle or growth marketing

Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable marketing strategies

Bachelor's degree required
