Automotive Spray Painter and Panel Beater - 2 Opportunities Available
Job Description
Our fleet and workload is growing and we’re looking to expand our Masterton Panel shop team. We have opportunities for both an experienced Automotive Spray Painter and a Panel Beater/Coach Builder.
We're looking for people who take real pride in their trade, have a strong attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering quality workmanship.
You will have proven experience (5 years+) in either Panel Beating or Coach Building and/or Automotive Spray Painting, with the relevant trade qualifications, or equivalent level of experience)
In addition to your trade expertise, our preferred candidates will have:
Excellent attention to detail to take pride in producing high-quality finishes.
Motivated and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines without cutting corners.
Solid communication skills to work effectively as part of a team.
A willingness to mentor and share knowledge with apprentices.
A quality-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
Flexibility to work additional hours when required to complete projects.
A Class 2 Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence or a willingness to obtain.
