AV Engineer- Operations

Design, implement, and maintain complex audiovisual systems for Netflix.

Ensure the smooth operation of all AV equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet the audiovisual needs of various departments within the company.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all AV systems and equipment.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology, and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to enhance the streaming experience for our audience.

Conduct regular maintenance and quality checks on AV systems to ensure optimal performance.

Train and support end-users on how to operate AV equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.

Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and replacements of audiovisual equipment.

Manage budget and expenses related to audiovisual systems and equipment.

Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AV operations processes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to audiovisual equipment and operations.
