To shape the future of customer experience, the contract AWS Amazon Connect AI Engineer will deliver AI-driven member service workflows, design and deploy automated agentic features, and enhance an existing Amazon Connect environment while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Deliver phase-one AI capabilities focusing on intelligent routing and autonomous resolution of common queries

Design AI-first workflows for voice and email, ensuring seamless transitions between automated and agent-assisted interactions

Integrate Amazon Connect workflows with HubSpot and other systems to provide AI agents with real-time customer context

##### Required qualifications

Strong production experience designing and deploying Amazon Connect contact flows and routing profiles

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect generative AI capabilities, including Amazon Q in Connect

Expert-level Python skills for AWS Lambda integrations and backend microservices

Deep implementation experience across the AWS ecosystem, including Lex, Bedrock, and DynamoDB

Proven experience managing Amazon Connect deployments via Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform
