AWS Developer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AWS Developer to join our team, with the ability to design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications and services. In this role, you will work with the AWS technology stack to develop and support scalable solutions, including serverless applications, event-driven architectures, and cloud automation. You will create and maintain React applications and work with Node.js and TypeScript to deliver high-quality software. The role involves leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and CDK for infrastructure as code, while integrating with tools like GitLab and GitLab CI/CD for version control and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, support on-call rotations, and adopt new technologies quickly, including AI assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, to drive innovation and efficiency across projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed team environment are essential.

Required Skill

• Four years of hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and AWS CDK.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining React applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, serverless design patterns, and event-driven workflows.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and platforms. Excellent communication skills and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Desired Skill

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, API management using Apigee, and AI code assist tools such as Claude Code.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and multi-cloud environments.
• Certifications in AWS, cloud development, or related technologies are highly desirable.
