Required Skill Set

• Lead backend development using Node.js with JavaScript TypeScript best practices.
• Architect and implement AWS cloud native solutions (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ECSEKS).
• Design and develop microservices and serverless architectures.
• Oversee code quality, reviews, and technical guidance for the development team.
• Build and optimize REST APIs with strong security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) for end-to-end delivery.
• Implement and maintain CICD pipelines using tools like Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Ensure security best practices, including IAM, JWT, secret management, and encryption.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues with CloudWatch and logging tools.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new AWS services and Node.js technologies.
