Skills and Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.
• Data Understanding Work closely with the source data team to understand data definitions and relationships, mapping business requirements to each data source component to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Documentation Prepare clear and detailed functional specifications and documentation that translate business requirements into actionable Azure solutions.
• Testing and Validation Support the testing phase by developing test plans and assist in validating that the solution meets business requirements and expectations.
• Communication Act as a liaison between business and development team, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Project Support Assist in project planning and execution, providing insights and expertise to ensure successful implementation.
• Industry Knowledge Leverage business knowledge in mortgage creditor insurance as an asset to better align technology solutions with industry-specific needs.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Spark for data querying, manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance, modelling, and quality control to support ETL process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Power BI. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
