Job Description
Working remotely as a part-time Baggage Specialist, the successful candidate will manage baggage claims, assist Guests through various communication channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of baggage issues.
##### Key responsibilities
Resolve baggage claims, including delayed, damaged, and lost items
Coordinate with the Guest Empowerment Team and Airports to address mishandled baggage issues
Monitor and respond to Guest inquiries regarding baggage via SMS, chat, email, and phone
##### Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of customer service experience
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in using multiple software programs simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
