Job Description
- Check all products, remove out of date stock and record wastage
- Clean all baskets inserts and confectionary units
- Take Cake Orders
- Bake confectionary cakes and other cakes required
- Merchandise all chill cakes, cuisine range and CDF pastry stand
- Ensure each item has an SEL and items on promotion has promotional POS
- Review sales and batch control sheets
- Prepare and tray up for next bake as per baking plan
- Clean and tidy main freezer, Bakery Stockroom and rotate stock
- Check all stock and replenish
- Tray up products for next day’s trade
- Complete production sheet for the current day
- Put all empty boxes and in bailer & follow instructions to empty
- Review pcoms weekly on the staff notice boards & social media to ensure you have all information on quality, promotions, price and general updates
- Complete stockcards and place order for required products
