About the Role
Florentines is expanding and we have fantastic opportunities for Bakery Support Workers, Machine Mixers, Ingredient Preparation, and Packing staff.
Enjoy weekends off – no Saturday or Sunday work!
Typical hours are 40 hours per week, with shifts available
- Morning: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon: 10:00am – 6:30pm
- (Monday to Friday)
- We are an established and growing food manufacturing company producing a wide range of frozen bakery products, premium cakes, and desserts for foodservice and retail markets across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
- You’ll be part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality products, so experience is preferred, but a great attitude is essential.

We need people who are
- Self-motivated, flexible, and physically strong (heavy lifting required)
- Keen to get stuck in and make a difference
- Accurate, detail-focused, and committed to quality
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the following is ideal:
- Supporting baking and decorating teams with precision
- Operating depositing machines and in-line equipment
- Following in-line food manufacturing procedures
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
