To help us with this, we're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people to join our Southern Lakes team as a Banking Specialist.
What You'll be Busy With:
Building strong relationships with members and identifying opportunities to support their financial wellbeing.
Matching members with the right solutions across our full product range, from everyday banking to complex lending.
Proactively growing our business through relationship management, networking and business development activities
Effective processing of simple and complex lending applications
What You'll Bring:
Hit the ground running with your energy, drive, and enthusiasm
Proven customer service and sales experience
Residential lending experience and strong lending knowledge
Confidence using digital tools and a willingness to embrace change
The ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-evolving environment
Strong analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills
A genuine desire to help members achieve financial success
Appetite to learn, including working towards your NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
