Piccolo bartender or waitstaff role will suit someone who:

Has previous high calibre bartending or table service experience (min 2yrs)

Enjoys wine, confident to offer informed recommendations and personalised service

Prefers a boutique, quality venue over loud late night bars

Takes pride in presentation, product knowledge and guest experience

Piccolo operates with a small, experienced team.

Esplanade bartender or waitstaff role will suit someone who:

Has previous experience in busy fast service restaurants or bars (min 2 yrs)

Is confident dealing with a wide range of customers as a section waiter or bartender
