With exciting promotions, exclusive events, new product releases and training programmes you will be inspired, encouraged and equipped to develop new initiatives for your service.

As a beauty advisor, you will be managing the Shiseido counter, driving sales performance, building a loyal customer base, and creating memorable beauty experiences. You will also work across other brands with team to assist customers helping them discover products and routines tailored to their individual beauty needs.

This position plays a pivotal role in the ongoing success and growth of the counter. Alongside managing the Shiseido brand, you will also support the wider pharmacy team with retail sales and customer service when required.

Key Responsibilities -

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations

Drive counter sales and achieve business targets

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Create memorable customer experiences that reflect the Shiseido philosophy

Execute promotions, events, and product launches

Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards

Educate customers on skincare, makeup, and beauty solutions

Support the wider retail and pharmacy team as required

Your skills will include:

A genuine passion for beauty and helping customers feel their best

2-3 years' experience in skincare retail, ideally within prestige beauty

Background in skincare and/or makeup artistry

Strong sales ability and a commitment to exceptional customer service

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High personal presentation standards

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player

* A desire to grow the Shiseido counter and be a true brand ambassador

This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday.
