Job Description
Assisting COBRA benefits members and employers, the contract-to-hire Benefits Customer Service Representative will provide clear phone support, manage inbound inquiries, and perform accurate data entry while working onsite in Lakewood, NJ.
##### Key responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from COBRA benefits members, employers, and brokers, providing patient and clear support
Assist with COBRA benefit notices, elections, payments, and general account inquiries
Document calls and updates accurately in the system while supporting open enrollment activities
##### Required qualifications
Prior benefits knowledge and experience processing enrollments or handling claims is a huge plus
Experience in customer service or call center environments is required
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems simultaneously
Reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed procedures consistently
