Job Description
Responsible for the design and execution of global benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Program Manager will oversee health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead the administration and continuous improvement of health and wellness programs, including medical plans and financial health initiatives
Develop and manage retirement programs and oversee voluntary benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
Establish governance frameworks for PTO policies and manage complex leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7-10+ years of experience managing benefits programs across various jurisdictions
Experience with benefits platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret benefits data and make actionable recommendations
Deep understanding of benefits-related regulations including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
