• 1 x Band 6 Social Worker – Carlisle Health & Wellbeing Centre (North Community Team) 1x Band 6 Social Worker Wellbeing Centre (Community Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team) West Belfast
• 0.53 WTE (20 hours) Band 6 Social Worker – Beech Hall Health & Wellbeing Centre
• 1 x Band 6 Social Worker – Shankill Health & Wellbeing Centre East Belfast
• 2 x Band 6 Social Worker – Arches Health & Wellbeing Centre (East Team) South Belfast
• 2 x Band 6 Social Worker – Avoca, Knockbracken 1x Band 6 Social Worker AMHIC- City Hospital Site. Total Vacancies: 7 Posts (6 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time (20 hours)) We accept online applications only.
