Job Description
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring timely resolution while documenting interactions accurately.
##### Key responsibilities
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to resolve customer issues related to health insurance products and services
Document customer interactions thoroughly in the appropriate software systems while adhering to company standards and guidelines
Develop expertise in health insurance benefits and eligibility, providing accurate information to customers and assisting with problem resolution
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years' experience in a specialized customer service environment or two years of college coursework plus one year of relevant experience
Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken) is required
Ability to pass the company's Customer Service Assessment proficiency test
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-stress environment
